Concourse can read your club's own Instagram performance and show it beside the
rest of your operation: what you posted, how far it reached, and how that lines up
with what actually came through the gate.
What we read. Your account's followers and audience
breakdown, the reach and engagement of your own posts, and when you posted them.
What we never do. Post, reply, send messages, follow
anyone, or see anything about the individual people who like your posts. Access is
read-only, and you can disconnect at any time from here or from Facebook.
You will be sent to Facebook to approve this. You need to be an
administrator of the club's Facebook Page, and the Page needs an Instagram
professional account attached to it.
Connecting the club's Instagram account is limited to the General Manager,
Assistant General Manager or Controller. Ask one of them to set this up.
